Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engineer in Dubai to lead stakeholder engagement and authority coordination for complex infrastructure projects. This role involves managing relationships with various authorities, ensuring timely approvals, and supporting project teams in overcoming obstacles associated with regulatory processes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of seven years' experience in stakeholder management within Dubai, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in stakeholder management or NOC coordination within Dubai.
• Proven track record of liaising with UAE government authorities and managing approval processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with stakeholders and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approvals and NOCs.
• Establish communication plans with regulatory bodies and clients, including escalation matrices for timely decision-making.
• Support project teams in securing approvals and resolving authority-related issues.
