Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight hotel operations, guest relations, and safety. You’ll serve as Manager-On-Duty, supervise front desk staff, and ensure seamless handover to morning shift while maintaining Hilton’s standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead night team and manage operations during overnight shift.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and hotel operations.
• Proactive coaching and feedback to night staff.

Responsibilities

• Exercises full hotel authority in the absence of the General Manager during the night shift and acts as Manager-On-Duty.
• Ensures appearance, cleanliness, lighting, and reports deficiencies to engineer on duty.
• Oversees daily summary reports and the closing of Front Desk operations.
• Ensures proper handover to morning shift and smooth transitions.
• Trains and supervises night Guest Services Agents to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Supports upselling initiatives as FPG Champion and assists with staff reviews.
• Performs other duties assigned by Management.
