Job summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Services professional to manage guest check-ins and room assignments, verify payments, and issue keys at our Dubai property. You will ensure accurate accounts, enter rewards data, and balance daily receipts while upholding brand standards.

As a leader on the Front Office team, you will train and coach staff, maintain exceptional service levels, and respond to guest needs with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes; document exceptions.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key and verify/adjust billing; balance and drop receipts.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
