Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a capable Night Manager to oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift at our Abu Dhabi property. You will ensure smooth check-in/out, monitor room availability, and coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to maintain guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years in Front Office, a diploma or degree in Hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in Front Office operations, ideally in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Night Manager or Duty Manager experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hotel PMS and Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
