Job summary

Rixos Hotels Gulf in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Night Manager to oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and Engineering, manage room availability, and ensure proper shift handover to the morning team, using PMS and Night Audit procedures; English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of Front Office experience, supervisory or managerial.
• Night Manager or Duty Manager experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong knowledge of Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
