Job summary

Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift. You will ensure smooth check-in/check-out, monitor occupancy, and coordinate with housekeeping, security and engineering to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, have 3–5 years in Front Office (supervisory role), strong PMS knowledge, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Good knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor room availability, room assignments, and occupancy levels.
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and other departments.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communication with the morning team.
