Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Night Manager to lead Front Office operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out and maintaining guest satisfaction.

You will monitor room availability, coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and Engineering, and manage night audit procedures with a focus on leadership and professional service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Good knowledge of hotel PMS and Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
