Hilton is seeking a Night Manager for Conrad Dubai to lead overnight operations and support a dedicated team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on ensuring safety, service quality, and seamless night-time procedures across departments.

You will manage late arrivals, early departures, and guest concerns with discretion, while upholding Hilton's service standards and audit controls. The position offers a dynamic environment in a world-class hotel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overnight hotel operations and coordinate departments for attentive service.
• Manage late arrivals, early departures, and guest concerns with discretion.
• Oversee the night audit, ensuring accurate posting, reconciliation and reporting.
• Review payment transactions, resolve discrepancies and escalate concerns as needed.
• Strengthen audit processes by investigating anomalies and addressing root causes.
• Coordinate overnight incident responses prioritising guest and team safety.
• Lead and coach the night shift, allocating duties and monitoring performance.
• Provide a clear handover to the incoming team with priorities and ongoing tasks.
