Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Dubai is seeking a non-management, full-time front desk professional to join our Rooms & Guest Services team. You will process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, issue keys, and ensure rate accuracy while balancing daily financials.

You will assist in training and coaching colleagues, respond to guest requests, provide local directions, and uphold Marriott standards of service, confidentiality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify identity, form of payment, and room assignment.
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest and issue room keys; confirm rates.
• Balance cashier and closing reports; secure bank and payment types.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
• Provide guests with directions and property information; respond to requests and follow up.
