Responsibilities

• Support Front Office Supervisor in overseeing Front Office operations and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver service at check-in and check-out; handle billing and payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel procedures and facilities; coordinate with other departments.
• Plan proactively, uphold safety, security and customer service policies.
• Manage guest feedback; promote service excellence.
• Support colleagues across functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold brand standards and build internal/external relationships; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work night shifts on a rotational basis to ensure 24/7 front desk coverage.
