Job summary

Dubai World Trade Centre seeks an experienced Night Operations role to act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams during events, ensuring smooth service delivery and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires a university degree and at least 2 years in events operations, with fluency in English and strong MS Office skills. You will monitor service providers, handle complaints, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

University degree level is required.
Minimum 2 years in the event industry in an operational role.
Fluent English in verbal and written form.
Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills.
IOSH certification preferred.
Knowledge of EBMS and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Act as principal interface between the client and DWTC's internal departments and contractors at night.
Establish effective relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
Promote a high level of customer service among staff.
Oversee night-time venue activities, respond to queries, monitor service providers, and manage complaints and emergencies.
Emergency response and escalation management.
Ensure compliance with DWTC policies and HSE standards.
Implement risk control strategies and incident management.
Monitor operating costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare night shift reports and analyze key KPIs.
