Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as principal interface between the client and DWTC's internal departments and its nominated contractors at night.
• Establish effective relationships with clients, instilling confidence for repeat business.
• Encourage a high level of customer service awareness from all staff.
• Take ownership of night-time venue activities, monitor service providers, and handle complaints and emergencies.
