HYF Medical Center is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented New Media Specialist to support our social media, content creation, digital marketing, and online patient acquisition activities.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media operations, content creation, short-form video, digital marketing, healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or premium services.
The New Media Specialist will work closely with the New Media Director, Marketing Director, doctors, Patient Services team, Aesthetic Consultants, Membership Consultants, and Business Development team to increase online brand awareness, create engaging content, generate qualified leads, and support patient acquisition.
- 1. Social Media Operations
- Manage and update HYF Medical Center’s social media accounts.
- Assist with the daily operation of: Instagram.TikTok.Facebook.LinkedIn.YouTube.Xiaohongshu (RED).WeChat.WeChat Channels, Douyin.Other relevant platforms
- Prepare and publish daily/weekly content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, inquiries, and audience engagement.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall online visibility.
- Stay updated with social media trends and popular content formats.
- 2. Content Creation
- Create and publish engaging content related to healthcare, medical aesthetics, longevity, wellness, and regenerative medicine.
- Develop social media posts, Reels, TikTok videos, short videos, stories, graphics, and other digital content.
- Assist with content planning, scripts, captions, and creative concepts.
- Coordinate with doctors and medical professionals to develop healthcare-related content.
- Ensure all content is professional, accurate, attractive, and consistent with HYF’s premium brand image.
- 3. Short Video Production
- Assist in planning, filming, editing, and publishing short‑form videos.
- Coordinate video shoots with doctors, nurses, consultants, and other team members.
- Assist with video scripts, storyboards, filming arrangements, and editing.
- Create educational, promotional, behind‑the‑scenes, and lifestyle content.
- Follow current TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin trends.
- 4. Doctor & Medical Expert Content
- Assist in developing professional online content for doctors and medical experts.
- Coordinate doctor interviews, educational videos, health talks, and expert content.
- Help build and maintain doctors’ professional online presence.
- Turn doctors’ expertise and medical knowledge into engaging social media content.
- Support the development of Doctor Personal Branding / Doctor IP.
- 5. Patient Lead Generation
- Support new media campaigns designed to generate patient inquiries.
- Respond to or forward social media inquiries to the appropriate patient service team.
- Track inquiries and leads generated from social media platforms.
- Coordinate with Patient Services and Aesthetic Consultants for lead follow‑up.
- Support the conversion of online traffic into consultations and appointments.
- Help improve the process from Content Inquiry Consultation Treatment
- 6. Medical Aesthetic & Healthcare Promotion
- Assist with marketing content and campaigns for: Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine, Laser Treatments, Injectables & Skin Treatments, Regenerative Medicine, Longevity & Anti‑Aging, Preventive Healthcare, Executive Health Check‑ups, Men’s & Women’s Health, Wellness & Health Management, Premium Healthcare Membership Programs
- Ensure medical‑related content is accurate, professional, and complies with applicable UAE healthcare advertising requirements.
- 7. Campaign & Event Support
- Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support healthcare seminars, VIP events, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional events.
- Create event‑related social media content before, during, and after events.
- Assist with photography, video recording, live content, and event coverage.
- Support promotional campaigns for new doctors, services, treatment programs, and membership programs.
- 8. KOL & Influencer Support
- Assist in identifying suitable KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer visits and social media collaborations.
- Assist with influencer content planning and production.
- Maintain communication with KOLs and content creators.
- Track the performance of influencer campaigns.
- 9. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing activities.
- Support website and social media content updates.
- Assist in developing online promotional campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, social media traffic, inquiries, and campaign results.
- 10. Data & Reporting
- Track social media followers, reach, views, engagement, and inquiries.
- Monitor leads generated from different platforms.
- Prepare regular social media and new media performance reports.
- Identify high‑performing content and recommend improvements.
- Support the New Media Director and Marketing Director with marketing data and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in new media, social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or premium brands is highly preferred.
Hands‑on experience managing social media accounts.
Strong experience in short‑form video and content creation.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools is an advantage.
Experience with KOL/influencer marketing is an advantage.
UAE/Dubai market experience is preferred.
