Job summary

HYF Medical Center in Dubai, UAE, seeks a New Media Specialist to manage social media operations and content creation for healthcare, aesthetics, longevity and wellness programs. You will work with doctors, editors and the marketing team to expand the online presence and support patient acquisition.

The role requires hands-on experience with short-form video, content planning, and digital marketing across major platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in new media, social media, digital marketing, content creation or related field.
Healthcare/medical aesthetics or premium brand experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee social media operations across platforms and content calendars.
Create engaging content related to healthcare, aesthetics, longevity, wellness and premium services.
Plan and produce short videos, scripts, captions, and concept ideas.
Collaborate with doctors and other teams to build professional online presence.
Support campaigns to generate patient inquiries and lead conversions.
