Job summary

Mal is seeking a hands-on Legal Operations support to manage the NDA desk, Docusign envelopes, contract register, and legal tech rollout. You will work closely with the Group CLO and lawyers, coordinating with teams across Mal for contracts that need signing, filing and tracking.

The role is hybrid and based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, focusing on process discipline, accurate data handling, and efficient workflows rather than legal advice or negotiation.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in legal operations, paralegal work, contract administration or company secretarial support

Responsibilities

• Run NDA process end-to-end on standard form and playbook with Docusign and filing.
• Raise and track Docusign envelopes for Legal (signing order and copies).
• Maintain contract register with monthly checks against Docusign.
• Keep Legal trackers, dashboards and matter lists current; provide weekly status to Group CLO.
