Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction, with active and good standing.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting within the technology or related industry sector.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mitigating legal risks for the organization.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request and drafting through execution, amendment, and termination, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide expert legal counsel on various corporate matters, including regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and intellectual property protection.
