Confidentiel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a contract specialist to draft, review, and amend contracts, memoranda of understanding, and other legal documents. You will provide clear legal guidance on obligations, liabilities, termination rights, and risks.

You will conduct legal research, prepare opinions, support negotiations, and ensure all documents comply with UAE legislation and internal policies, while maintaining standard templates and monitoring changes in the law.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other legal documents.
• Provide clear legal advice on contractual obligations, liabilities, termination rights, and potential risks.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on matters referred by internal departments.
• Support contract negotiations and recommend clauses that safeguard the entity’s interests.
• Review contractual disputes, claims, and breaches, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure contracts align with applicable UAE legislation, internal policies, and delegated authorities.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and monitor legislative changes affecting the entity.
