Al-Futtaim in Dubai is seeking a Senior National Sales Manager to drive performance across a national automotive network, covering new and pre-owned vehicles plus Finance & Insurance.

You will lead sales strategy, set targets, manage forecasting and inventory, and build high-performing teams across multiple locations while ensuring a seamless customer journey and strong profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of automotive sales experience.
• 5+ years leading multiple sales locations or regional networks.
• Proven success in driving sales growth and profitability.
• Strong national/regional sales planning and performance management.
• Experience in coaching and developing Sales Managers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy across multiple locations.
• Drive revenue, volume, gross margin, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Set clear financial and operational targets for each location.
• Lead regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline, conversion and market allocation.
• Optimise vehicle inventory, stock ageing, and asset utilisation.
• Strengthen new and pre-owned vehicle and finance & insurance performance.
• Ensure a consistent customer journey across all locations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty, and address complaints.
• Ensure compliance with retail standards and regulations.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, CRM, Logistics and Operations.
