Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to define and execute the overall commercial strategy across New Vehicle, Fleet/B2B, Government, Corporate and Pre-Owned segments. You will lead senior stakeholders, drive sustainable growth and ensure operational excellence across multiple channels.

The role requires strong P&L ownership, advanced negotiation skills and a track record of transforming sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic business planning and execution.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership.
• Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with data analytics, forecasting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive growth, profitability and market share across channels.
• Own and drive sales performance, revenue, profitability and market share targets.
• Provide strategic oversight across Retail, Fleet, Government, SME and Pre-Owned operations.
• Manage OEM partnerships and key strategic stakeholder relationships.
• Champion customer-centricity and elevate brand experience across the organization.
• Lead governance, forecasting, budgeting and performance management processes.
