Job summary

Client of Mangaza in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their client team and support day-to-day HR operations across the Saudi Arabia business. The role reports to the COO/HR Director and focuses on compliance with Saudi employment regulations and efficient HR administration.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in HR roles (Officer/Executive/Generalist), solid knowledge of KSA HR processes, and hands-on payroll coordination, recruitment, and employee administration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in an HR Officer, HR Executive or HR Generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, probation, leave and offboarding.
• Ensure HR documentation complies with Saudi Labour Law and employment regulations.
• Coordinate processes through KSA platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad) and support payroll information.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, offers and onboarding requirements.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers across the KSA business.
• Prepare HR reports and assist workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary procedures and performance documentation.
