LET'S EAT! Food Brands is seeking a seasoned Multi-Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Dubai.

You will drive operational excellence, leadership, and guest satisfaction across FOH and BOH teams, ensuring profitable performance and consistent brand standards. The role requires a proven track record in high-volume, multi-unit restaurant operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to launch new openings while maintaining service quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in hospitality/restaurant management.
• 4+ years as Multi-Restaurant Manager or in an equivalent senior management role.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Relevant hospitality, restaurant management, food safety, and/or leadership certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operations, SOP development, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth and efficient FOH and BOH performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain FOH and BOH SOPs, policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop restaurant teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Lead and support new restaurant openings, ensuring operational readiness, team preparation, and successful launches.
• Lead teams to deliver consistently high levels of customer service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and maintenance standards.
