Job summary

Careers International seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager in the UAE to lead multi-unit food service operations. You will drive location strategy, manage financials for maximum profitability, and ensure brand standards are maintained across all outlets.

You will oversee people management, training, and KPI tracking, while coordinating with suppliers and partners. UAE driving license is required, with 3+ years local experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food and beverage, hotel or restaurant management preferred.
• Premium restaurant operations management experience of 5-7 years, ideally from fast food, or 2-3 years multi-store management (Cluster/Area).
• UAE experience of at least 3 years is necessary.
• UAE driving license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Utilise local knowledge to advise and secure restaurant locations and predict trends relevant to success.
• Support management in setting up new outlets and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Analyse and manage financial results to balance profits with customer and associate satisfaction.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards across units.
• Liaise with management to advise on restaurant development and new ideas.
• Assist in planning and implementing new ideas and strategies.
• Stay informed on food nutrition trends for the target audience.
• Inspect restaurants to ensure standards and policy adherence.
• Oversee rotation, preparation, distribution and bookkeeping per Instructions.
• Implement restaurant policies and procedures across outlets.
• Prepare forecasts and reach revenue targets for all outlets.
• Review customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
• Negotiate with operation, logistics, or third-party partners and review performance.
• Assist Area Manager to develop and monitor KPIs for restaurant managers.
