Job summary

Falcon Shield Security Services LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Security Manager to support the Security Operations Manager in delivering security services across multiple client sites.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a focus on client satisfaction. You will supervise security personnel, conduct inspections, and manage deployments while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in a security management role.
• Proven experience supervising large security teams.
• Strong understanding of UAE security industry standards and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Operations Manager to achieve departmental objectives and operational targets.
• Supervise day-to-day security personnel operations across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular and unannounced site inspections (day and night) to ensure standards and compliance.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and escalate findings as needed.
• Plan and manage staff deployment, rosters, relievers, and emergency replacements.
• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure assets, vehicles and equipment are properly maintained.
• Lead training, compliance with SIRA licensing, and professional development.
