Job summary

Falcon Shield Security Services LLC oversees security operations across a diverse portfolio, including hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will supervise Security Officers, coordinate with property teams, and ensure effective incident response, investigations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in security operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and leading large security teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations and operational best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
• Develop and manage duty rosters, deployment plans, and staff allocations to ensure optimum site coverage.
• Conduct regular security inspections, operational audits, and site assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Monitor the performance of Security Officers and provide ongoing supervision and operational support.
• Ensure all security equipment and operational procedures are functioning effectively.
• Lead, motivate, and support Security Officers to achieve high levels of performance and professionalism.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new security personnel.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Investigate incidents thoroughly and prepare accurate, detailed reports.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems to identify and address security risks.
• Coordinate with emergency services and relevant stakeholders when required.
• Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented effectively.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Security Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across a diverse portfolio of client sites, including hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily security operations across multiple locations, ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, visitors, employees, and company assets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent operational planning, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of security while ensuring full compliance with company policies, client requirements, and UAE regulations.

Working closely with Security Officers, property management teams, and facilities personnel, the Security Operations Supervisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional security services, responding effectively to incidents, and driving continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, property management teams, and facilities departments.
• Attend client meetings and provide operational updates where required.
• Ensure service delivery consistently meets contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Address operational issues and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations, SIRA requirements, company policies, and client procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and security standards across all assigned sites.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications & Experience
