Job summary

Adecco Middle East is seeking a Retail Operation Executive to oversee branch operations across multiple locations in the UAE. The role involves coordinating with mall management, landlords, and property teams to ensure smooth operation and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in business-related fields with 4+ years UAE experience in retail operations or facilities coordination, and can manage branch openings and fit-outs. A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in Retail Operations, Branch Administration, Facilities Management, or Fit-Out Coordination.
• Experience managing multiple branches.
• Knowledge of mall management processes, retail compliance, and licensing.
• Experience in branch openings, fit-outs, renovations, and project coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with mall management, landlords, and property management teams.
• Handle permits, approvals, gate passes, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate fit-out projects, renovations, and new branch openings.
• Process trade licenses, government approvals, and regulatory documentation.
• Manage vendor coordination, maintenance activities, and facility requirements.
• Maintain branch records, contracts, licenses, and operational reports.
