Job summary

Flip retail is seeking an Operations Manager with a UAE driving license to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating operations and marketing efforts, with emphasis on improving performance and procedures across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in Operations and Marketing, strong communication, and negotiating skills. The position requires full-time commitment and readiness to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment within our growing retail group.

Qualifications

• Full-time position.
• Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month.
• Dubai-based; able to commute or relocate before starting work.
• Experience: 3 years in Operations and Marketing (preferred).
• Hindi language preferred.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tested work experience as a Workflow Supervisor.
• Deal with Operations as well as Advertising and marketing.
• Knowledge of organizational performance and procedures administration.
• Management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the company.
• Be computer literate and able to work with any system.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Strategy and create effective marketing methods.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for company products and services.
• Develop and enhance marketing plans tailored to the group’s services and products.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Operations and Marketing experience.
• Developing business direction and executing strategy development and implementation.
• Influencing organizational decisions in a matrixed company.
