Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail leadership or operations management.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management and metrics.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage teams across locations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail branches.
• Support store teams in achieving sales targets and goals.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across locations.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Train and guide staff to maintain productivity and engagement.
• Coordinate with senior management on sales strategies and planning.
• Resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth workflow.
• Submit regular reports on sales performance and branch health.
