Job summary

Standard Chartered seeks a motivated specialist to support Retail Client Onboarding focused on Mortgage and Personal Lending in the UAE. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, compliant processes, and effective risk controls while delivering high-quality client outcomes.

You will handle end-to-end processes from documentation to settlement, maintain security records in eSDS, and prepare MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English and Arabic language proficiency.
• Willingness to learn mortgage processing and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage liaison for UAE property registration with government offices and authorities.
• End-to-end preparation and coordination of all property registration documentation.
• Collateral document tracking and custodianship throughout the lending cycle.
• Handle mortgage settlement activities and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain mortgage loan security docs in the eSDS system and ensure data integrity.
• Create and manage security documentation trackers and Title Deed MIS reports.
• Periodic reviews of process notes for accuracy, compliance, and controls.
• Daily/weekly/monthly MIS reporting as required.
• Conduct personal discussions with high net-worth and sensitive clients.
• Maintain professional, timely client communications in line with regulatory requirements.
