Standard Chartered in the United Arab Emirates seeks a role focused on Retail Client Onboarding, mortgage liaison, and end-to-end loan documentation to ensure compliant, efficient processing and high-quality client outcomes.

The position supports property registrations, collateral tracking, and MIS reporting, with emphasis on risk controls and stakeholder collaboration across UAE authorities and banking partners.

• Experience in mortgage processing or banking ops is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle Retail Client Onboarding with focus on efficiency and risk management.
• Manage Mortgage liaison for property registration with authorities and banks.
• Coordinate end-to-end mortgage documentation and verification.
• Track collateral documents and ensure secure custodianship.
• Manage mortgage settlements and maintain robust controls.
• Maintain mortgage loan security docs in eSDS and generate trackers.
• Review process notes for accuracy, compliance and consistency.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required.
• Conduct personal discussions with high-net-worth clients as needed.
• Ensure effective client communications and regulatory compliance.
