My Mortgage is seeking a results-driven Mortgage Case Coordinator to manage and progress mortgage submissions from client contact through to completion. You will ensure accurate CRM records, proactive client communication, and timely follow-ups with banks, aggregators and brokers.

Responsibilities include daily client contact for document collection, preparing complete applications, and proactive case progression.

Role Type: Full-Time

Location: UAE

Role Purpose

Manage and progress mortgage cases from initial client contact through documentation, application submission, pre-approval and completion. Ensure accurate CRM records, proactive client communication, and timely follow-ups with banks, aggregators and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure every active case has a clear next action and follow-up date.
• Contact clients daily to collect outstanding documents, provide updates and resolve queries.
• Prepare and submit complete, accurate mortgage applications.
• Follow up with banks, aggregators and brokers to ensure timely case progression.
• Identify delays, resolve documentation gaps and elevate complex cases.
• Build strong relationships with clients, referral partners and banking contacts.
• Assist in preparing mortgage proposals and identifying suitable solutions.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and performance reports to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Mortgage Submissions: Minimum 10 quality applications per week.
• CRM Management: 100% of active cases updated.
• Follow-ups: Daily follow-up on outstanding documents and pending cases.
• Case Progression: Proactively track submissions, pre-approvals and outstanding applications.
• Reporting: Weekly updates on pipeline, mortgage value, delays, opportunities and management support required.

Performance Expectations

The consultant must demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, excellent communication, consistent follow-up and the ability to keep mortgage cases moving efficiently towards completion.
