Job summary

My Mortgage is seeking a results-driven Mortgage Case Coordinator to manage and progress mortgage submissions from client contact through to completion. You will ensure accurate CRM records, proactive client communication, and timely follow-ups with banks, aggregators and brokers.

Responsibilities include daily client contact for document collection, preparing complete applications, and proactive case progression.

• Assist in preparing mortgage proposals and identifying solutions.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and performance reports.
