Role Description

The Senior Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves advising clients on mortgage options, conducting detailed needs assessments, and recommending suitable financing solutions aligned with individual circumstances and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing a pipeline of leads, preparing and reviewing mortgage applications, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring timely follow-up on all documentation. The Senior Mortgage Consultant will provide outstanding customer service by explaining complex terms in clear language, addressing client questions, and guiding them through the entire home financing process. The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with real estate partners, monitoring market trends, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, with experience in the UAE market preferred.
• Solid foundation in Finance, with the ability to analyze client financial profiles and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a track record of building trust, managing expectations, and delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, and real estate partners in a consultative or advisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance with local regulations and company policies.
