Mortgage Pro in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Mortgage Consultant to work full-time on-site. You will advise clients on mortgage options, assess financial information, and prepare applications with banks and internal teams to secure timely approvals.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and mortgage lending.

• Experience in UAE real estate or banking is an advantage and familiarity with local mortgage regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field or equivalent experience.

Role Description

The Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. In this position, the consultant will advise clients on mortgage options, assess financial information, and recommend suitable lending products aligned with each client's needs and eligibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective buyers, explaining mortgage terms, preparing and submitting applications, and coordinating with banks and internal teams to ensure timely approvals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following local regulations and company policies, and providing ongoing support to clients throughout the home financing process. The consultant is expected to deliver a high standard of customer service and contribute to sales targets and overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and experience working with mortgages and mortgage lending.
• Solid foundation in finance, including understanding of income assessment, credit analysis, and affordability calculations.
