Job summary

Mortgage Pro in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Mortgage Associate to guide clients through the home-financing process. This full-time, on-site role focuses on explaining products, gathering documentation, and coordinating with lenders and partners to ensure timely approvals.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare basic financial summaries, maintain records, and contribute to outreach while complying with local regulations and company policies. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Role Description The Mortgage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The Mortgage Associate will coordinate with lenders, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely processing of applications and accurate information flow. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing basic financial summaries, maintaining records in internal systems, and contributing to outreach activities that promote Mortgage Pro’s services. The role also requires adherence to local regulatory guidelines and company policies while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
