Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi. The Mortgage Specialist will advise clients on suitable mortgage products, explain terms and conditions, and guide them through the application and approval process. Daily tasks include assessing client financial profiles, collecting and reviewing documentation, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up on applications, and providing regular updates to clients. The Mortgage Specialist will also support mortgage marketing initiatives, contribute to sales targets, and deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the home financing journey.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong expertise in Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, including understanding of various mortgage products and approval criteria. Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including income analysis, affordability assessments, and basic credit evaluation. Candidates should possess skills in Mortgage Marketing and general sales activities to help promote mortgage solutions and support business growth. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to manage client expectations. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services in the UAE is an advantage; knowledge of local mortgage regulations is beneficial.
