• Proficiency with CRM systems; fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Mortgage Advisor will guide clients through the end-to-end home financing process, from initial consultation to mortgage approval and closing. Daily responsibilities include assessing client financial profiles, explaining mortgage products and eligibility criteria, providing tailored recommendations, and preparing and reviewing documentation for bank submissions. The role involves liaising with banks and financial institutions, tracking application progress, and communicating updates to clients in a clear, timely manner. The Mortgage Advisor will also support mortgage marketing activities, contribute to lead generation efforts, and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Mortgages and Finance, with the ability to interpret and explain mortgage structures, interest rates, and lending criteria.
• Experience in Financial Planning, including assessing client affordability, risk, and long-term financial goals.
• Skills in Mortgage Marketing, with an understanding of how to attract and engage prospective homebuyers through various channels.
• Relevant professional qualification such as CeMAP or equivalent mortgage advisory certification.
• Previous experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services within the UAE market is highly beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software; fluency in English required, and Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
