Job summary

Mortgage Pro, a UAE-based home financing company, is seeking a full-time Mortgage Specialist in Abu Dhabi. You will advise clients on mortgage products, explain terms, and guide them through the application and approval process.

Responsibilities include assessing client financials, collecting documentation, coordinating with lenders, maintaining records, and supporting mortgage marketing to help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
• Experience in mortgage advisory or banking preferred in UAE.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations is beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess client financial profiles and determine eligibility.
• Collect and review mortgage documentation for applications.
• Coordinate with lenders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide client updates.
