Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven sales record.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job description

Act as the key intermediary between property buyers, property consultants, and major UAE banks. Backed by our daily internal lead generation systems and prop-tech ecosystem, you will provide independent mortgage advisory services to maximize property sales and transaction completions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Assess client financial profiles (income, liabilities, credit scores) and match them with optimal UAE mortgage products (salaried, self-employed, resident, and non-resident).
• Pipeline Management: Guide buyers from initial inquiry and bank pre-approval through to property valuation and final loan disbursement.
• Bank Relationships: Maintain strong, direct networks with mortgage underwriters and relationship managers across major local and international banks to secure fast turnaround times and competitive rates.
• Internal Collaboration: Seamlessly absorb and convert fresh buyer referrals passed directly from our team of Senior Property Consultants.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Broker, or Home Loan Officer in the UAE.
• Network: Active, pre-existing working relationships with UAE bank underwriters.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Central Bank mortgage regulations and loan criteria.
• Mobility: Must have a valid UAE driving license and a personal vehicle.
• Traits: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with a proven track record in commission-only sales.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a strong plus).
