Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgages and finance, including loan structures and lending criteria.
• Experience in financial planning including affordability and long-term goals.
• Mortgage marketing experience and lead generation knowledge.
• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage advisory certification.
• Experience in UAE mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple cases.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
