Job summary

HelpXpat Relocations is seeking an experienced Mobility Consultant (Destination Services Specialist) in the UAE to serve as the primary contact for assignees and HR during relocation. The role is desk-based, focusing on client ownership, case management and coordinating immigration, home and school searches, tenancy and settling-in services.

Qualifications

• Has experience in corporate relocation, Destination Services or Global Mobility.
• Has experience managing relocation cases from needs assessment through to completion/settling-in.
• Strong knowledge of services such as home search, school search, orientation, tenancy and settling-in.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and is confident managing client relationships.
• Proactive, commercially aware and able to take ownership of complex cases and solve problems independently.
• Attention to detail and understanding of SLA, quality and compliance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant relocation/global mobility experience.

Responsibilities

• You will be the primary point of contact (account management) for assignees and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments, and initiate the relocation process.
• Manage cases from initial needs assessment through to settling-in, ensuring a seamless and responsive client experience.
• Coordinate the delivery of immigration, orientation, home search, school search, tenancy, handover, snagging and settling-in services as required.
• Coordinate closely with Field Consultants and external service partners to arrange and deliver accompanied services.
• Track immigration and tenancy management activities, ensuring milestones, documentation and timelines are properly monitored.
• Ensure agreed SLA, quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, proactively identifying potential issues and taking ownership through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records, service updates, costs, milestones and reports within our systems.
• Contribute to improving operational processes, service delivery and ways of working.
• Support team knowledge sharing, coaching and development where appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency and client experience. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as directed by senior management.
