Job summary

HelpXpat Relocations in Dubai is seeking an experienced Mobility Consultant to own the relocation journey from needs assessment to settling-in, acting as the primary contact for assignees and corporate HR.

You will coordinate immigration, home and school searches, tenancy, orientation and settling-in services, manage multiple cases from the desk, ensure SLA compliance, and build strong client relationships through regular reporting and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate relocation, Destination Services or Global Mobility.
• Experience managing relocation cases from needs assessment through to completion/settling-in.
• Confident dealing with corporate HR, mobility managers and relocating employees/families.
• Knowledge of immigration, home search, school search, orientation, tenancy and settling-in.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client relationship skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware; able to own complex cases.
• Experience with CRM or mobility case-management systems; Zoho is a plus.
• Comfortable coordinating with Field Consultants and service partners while managing from desk.
• 3-5 years of relocation/global mobility experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assignees and client HR and initiate relocation process.
• Manage cases from needs assessment through settling-in.
• Coordinate immigration, orientation, home search, school search, tenancy and settling-in services.
• Coordinate with Field Consultants and partners to arrange services.
• Track immigration and tenancy activities; monitor milestones and timelines.
• Ensure SLA, quality and service standards are met.
• Manage multiple cases; identify issues and drive resolution.
• Maintain case records, updates, costs, milestones and reports.
• Prepare for client review meetings and provide updates.
• Prepare and deliver regular client reporting.
• Support new client implementations and build long-term relationships.
• Manage more complex cases and mentor others.
• Contribute to improving processes and ways of working.
• Support knowledge sharing and development.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed.
