HelpXpat Relocations is seeking an experienced Mobility Consultant (Destination Services Specialist) in the UAE. You will be the primary contact for assignees and corporate HR, guiding relocation from initial needs assessment through settling-in.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and comprehensive knowledge of home/search, tenancy, orientation and related services. This desk-based position emphasizes client service, operations excellence, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relocation/global mobility experience.
• Experience managing relocation cases from needs assessment to settling-in.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of home search, school search, orientation, tenancy and settling-in processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assignees and corporate HR throughout relocation.
• Conduct needs assessments and initiate relocation processes.
• Manage cases from intake to settling-in, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Coordinate immigration, orientation, home search, school search, tenancy, handover and settling-in services.
• Collaborate with Field Consultants and external partners to arrange services.
• Track immigration and tenancy activities, milestones and documentation.
• Ensure SLA, quality and compliance standards are met.
• Handle multiple cases proactively and drive issues to resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records, updates and reports in our systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

At HelpXpat Relocations, we support Expat Assignees and families relocating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Our services include Destination Services such as Orientation, Home Search, School Search, Settling-In.

We are looking for an experienced Mobility Consultant (Destination Services Specialist) to join our team. This is a desk-based role, with the individual acting as the primary point of contact for assignees and corporate HR throughout the relocation journey.

What will you be doing?

• This role is high on client facing and operations. You will be the primary point of contact (account management) for assignees and stakeholders.
• You will conducting needs assessments, and initiate the relocation process.
• Manage cases from initial needs assessment through to settling-in, ensuring a seamless and responsive client experience.
• Coordinate the delivery of immigration, orientation, home search, school search, tenancy, handover, snagging and settling-in services as required.
• Coordinate closely with Field Consultants and external service partners to arrange and deliver accompanied services.
• Track immigration and tenancy management activities, ensuring milestones, documentation and timelines are properly monitored.
• Ensure agreed SLA, quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, proactively identifying potential issues and taking ownership through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records, service updates, costs, milestones and reports within our systems.
• Contribute to improving operational processes, service delivery and ways of working.
• Support team knowledge sharing, coaching and development where appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency and client experience. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as directed by senior management.

Skills

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in corporate relocation, Destination Services or Global Mobility.
• Has experience managing relocation cases from needs assessment through to completion/settling-in. Is confident dealing directly with corporate HR, mobility managers and relocating employees/families.
• Has strong knowledge of services such as home search, school search, orientation, tenancy and settling-in.
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple cases, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills and is confident managing client relationships.
• Is proactive, commercially aware and able to take ownership of complex cases and solve problems independently.
• Has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of SLA, quality and compliance.
• Has a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant relocation / global mobility experience.
