Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Specialist for a six-month assignment in Abu Dhabi, with the possibility of a further six months extension based on business requirements.

The role suits an HR professional with about 5–7 years in Global Mobility, International Assignments and Employee Relocation, who will manage end-to-end mobility journeys and coordinate with Legal, Finance and external mobility service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related discipline.
• 5-7 years in Global Mobility, International Assignments or HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing international assignments, secondments and relocations.
• Knowledge of immigration processes, mobility policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mobility journeys for international assignments and secondments.
• Coordinate immigration, visas, housing, transportation and relocation arrangements.
• Provide policy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance across mobility activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and HC teams to resolve queries and progress assignments.
• Manage external mobility service providers and monitor service delivery.
• Perform mobility cost analyses and support budget planning.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare mobility reports and metrics.
• Support repatriation and assignment closure activities.
• Contribute to policy/framework improvements and process efficiency.
