Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Minibar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. You will maintain minibars across guest rooms and suites, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and accurate charging. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage Service, minibar operations or similar hotel role.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of stock handling, inventory control and billing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Checking, replenishing and maintaining minibars in guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards.
• Ensuring minibar items are clean, fresh and within expiry dates.
• Recording minibar consumption and posting charges accurately.
• Monitoring minibar inventory and stock movement to minimise discrepancies.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B teams for smooth operations.
• Responding promptly to guest minibar requests.
• Following hygiene, food safety and service standards.
