IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Commis II for the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will support daily minibar preparation and guest-focused service in a luxury hotel environment.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards while delivering top-quality experiences for colleagues and guests.

Formación

• Experience in minibar operations or similar hotel/F&B service role.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control and billing procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily minibar operations, checks, replenishment and stock management.
• Lead and train minibar attendants to maintain service standards.
• Monitor consumption, billing accuracy and inventory records to minimise discrepancies.
