At InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Minibar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Minibar Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and personalised in-room experience. You will be responsible for maintaining, replenishing and monitoring minibars across our guest rooms and suites while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.

A little taste of your day-to-day

• Checking, replenishing and maintaining minibars in guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards.

• Ensuring all minibar items are properly arranged, clean, fresh and within their expiry dates.

• Recording minibar consumption accurately and ensuring charges are posted correctly.

• Monitoring minibar inventory, stock levels and product movement to minimise discrepancies and wastage.

• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests related to minibar services.

• Following established hygiene, food safety and hotel service standards.

What We need from you

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage Service, minibar operations or a similar role in a hotel or resort is preferred.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Basic knowledge of stock handling, inventory control and billing procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a guest-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
