Job summary

LANDI Global Partnership in Dubai seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East (UAE). You will spearhead market development, lead the entire sales cycle, and drive revenue growth by building strong partner networks and key accounts.

This strategic, hands-on role requires independence, a proven regional sales track record in POS or payment solutions, and the ability to travel across the region. Fluency in English is essential; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong regional sales experience in POS/payments domains.
• Proven ability to develop and manage partner networks and key accounts.
• Fluent English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Revenue, Deliveries, Margin and DSO targets for POS & solutions & services budget.
• Follow-up customers commitments and needs.
• Develop close relationships with VAR, Distributors, customers and increase account penetration in POS segments.
• Push for value-add sales: cash back, revenue sharing and solutions-based.
• Provide sales and business support and services to partners/customers.
