Job summary

People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) is seeking a driven Business Development / Sales Manager (IT Services) to accelerate cloud adoption in the UAE. You will own the sales cycle from outreach to closing, focusing on Microsoft Cloud solutions and managed services.

You'll collaborate with CSP distributors and partners, manage key accounts, and deliver on regional revenue targets while expanding our Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services footprint in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).
• Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions bundled with our managed services (migration, support, helpdesk, security).
• Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deal registrations.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring renewals and growth opportunities.
• Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
