Horizon3 in Dubai seeks a high-impact Field & Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across META, focusing on UAE and regional markets. You will drive field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, executive engagement, and regional go-to-market efforts to accelerate pipeline growth for our NodeZero platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B technology marketing.
• Strong experience in UAE and META marketing.
• Experience across field marketing + channel/partner marketing + demand generation.
• Proven success supporting revenue teams with measurable pipeline growth.
• Experience with indirect routes to market including VARs and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the integrated marketing plan for META, aligned to revenue priorities.
• Prioritize investment, with UAE as the largest market, while scaling across region.
• Translate corporate campaigns into local regional programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Develop multi-touch programs: events, webinars, direct mail, roundtables, digital, ABM.
• Support regional sales with campaign strategy and market insights.
• Build and execute partner marketing plans with resellers, distributors, MSSPs, and alliances.
• Drive MDF and co-marketing investment toward pipeline outcomes.
