Job summary

MoEngage is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the MEA region, based in Dubai. The role blends demand generation with field marketing, executing ABM and multi‑market events to build a strong pipeline.

You will partner with the Regional Marketing Head in Bengaluru to shape strategy and independently drive end‑to‑end events and campaigns. You will collaborate with Sales and CS to sharpen targeting, manage budgets, and coordinate with central teams on content, product marketing and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation and field marketing.
Proven track record building demand gen campaigns and multi‑market events.

Responsibilities

Own regional events strategy and calendar, including executive roundtables and CXO dinners.
Plan and execute always‑on and campaign‑specific demand gen motions tailored to regional buyers.
Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution: targeting, channels, creative, launch and optimization.
Collaborate with Sales, CS and central teams to sharpen targeting and messaging.
Manage vendor/agency relationships and regional marketing budgets.
